What most women have in common is the fact that they have breasts. They come in all shapes and sizes (and some will have them removed) but the fact remains that they are a part of our bodies and just like every other part, they need taking care of too. Taking care of our breasts can be incredibly important to not only reduce PMS related pain and cysts but also to reduce the chance that breast cancer will arise. In 2017 alone, almost 20,000 women in Australia were diagnosed. What many may not know is that several thousand men each year are also diagnosed. While this condition can be extremely severe and sometimes fatal, the good news is that there are some easy ways to improve breast health that will help prevent these kinds of things in the long run. The downside is that these techniques are not taught by many doctors and so many people out there will not know about them. At this is such an important topic, this post will explore this further.
Invoke a healthy lifestyle
While it may seem overly simplistic for some, invoking a healthy lifestyle can often be the best way to take care of our breasts. This can involve drinking eight glasses of water each day (this will also help flush out any toxins in the body), exercising for thirty minutes a day, and eating a balanced diet. Research has shown that a few high-quality supplements can also make a world of difference. Many professionals recommend vitamin D as studies have shown that low levels of vitamin D can increase the risk of developing cancer. Another great supplement is an Omega-3 as it can help protect the bodies cells. All in all, taking a holistic approach to life while aiming to reduce stress is often the best way to go.
Gently detox
Another great way to reduce the toxin load that our bodies are put under is by gently detoxing. When some women do develop breast cysts that will put bentonite clay under their armpits at least once a week. This can help promote the lymphatic drainage system which can help reduce and remove cysts. Another great way to do this is with breast massage. Women can use oils to give themselves a breast massage a few times a week which can help get things moving and it also a great act of self-love. Some will use a dry body brush every single day and others will use an ancient technique called oil-pulling. Some will even drink a little bit of charcoal every now and again. As there are so many different nasties out there that we are exposed to in this day and age, such as pesticides in our food, diesel fumes from road vehicles, and poisons such as round-up, our bodies can quickly become overloaded. Because of this, it is a wise move to incorporate some regular detoxing that will give our bodies some extra love and support.
